Where can I find more information regarding direct debit payments

You can setup, view or change your direct debit using MyAccount. Alternatively, you can send us your details using our Direct Debit form.

You can check if you're up to date with your payments using the payment calendar also, and view when your next payment is due.

If you do not have an online account you cancontact us and we will be able to provide information to you about your direct debit arrangement.
