When is my meter being fitted and how long does it take to complete?

Once you've requested to have a meter fitted, we aim to carry out our first visit to the property to find out where the meter can be located within three weeks, depending on how busy we are. If we can fit one on the day we will as we aim to fit meters as quickly as possible. At busy times though this can take up to 50 working days. 

If you haven't applied for a meter, but would like one, simply complete our online applicationand we'll do the rest. Fitting the meter is completely free!
