Where is my engineer?

If an engineer is due to be on site, then we'll arrive as soon as possible within the timeframe provided.

If we're late for an appointment then we can only apologise, as sometimes unexpected things can cause us to be delayed.  

We will usually try to contact you if for any reason we won't be able to attend, to look to rebook an appointment.
