When will my meter be exchanged?
We aim to exchange water meters every 13 to 15 years. We'll also exchange a meter if it's deemed to be faulty or not recording correctly.
The beginning numbers of your meter serial number give an indication of the year it was fitted, so if you believe you are due an exchange, please contact us.
We have information on the program to upgrade meters to our Smart meters.
