For appointments relating to Operational issues regarding water or wastewater related appointments, please call 03457 145 145. It is useful to have your job number to hand if you have one.

If it is regarding a meter being fitted. it's possible to cancel or rearrange your meter fitting appointment. Please call our Metering Team on 0800 800 580 and they'll be happy to assist you. 

Otherwise you can call our billing contact centre on 03457 919 155 who will be happy to assist and get you through to the right team.
