I have an issue with the MyAccount app

I'm sorry if you're having problems accessing your online account. 

Firstly, please make sure the application isn't due an update. You can do this either in the system settings, or by going onto the store app that you bought the app through which lists if any updates are due to apps downloaded.

If the app is fully up to date, please exit the app making sure it is not running in the background, and then try to reopen it to see if the issue is resolved.

If the issue if with logging in, you may need to reset you password which you can do by pressing 'Forgot password' and completing the necessary steps.


MyAccount can also be accessed through an internet browner, you can use this online link to log in.
