What is the LITE tariff and how can I apply?

LITE (Low Income Tariff for Eligible Households) has been designed to support customers with low disposable incomes, who may be struggling to afford their water bill.

An Extra Care Assessment is completed with you where we look at your income against certain outgoings to identify the best tariff for you, and other ways we can support you.
