I have hearing difficulties
We offer a text telephone service for customers with speech or profound hearing difficulties. If you have a Minicom unit we can talk to you through a special keyboard. Our text telephone number is 0800 917 5901.

We also have a page for a Sign language interpreter service for British Sign Language users, which is available 9am to 5pm (UK time) Monday to Friday.
