Where can I find more information about my metered bill?

We use the measurement cubic metres for recording the usage on a water meter. A cubic metre of water (1m3) is equivalent to: 1000 litres / 1759 pints / 220 gallons.

You can visit out handy page on How to read your bill which will help make sense of what you have been charged for, otherwise please visit Our Charges page for more information.

We also have a Water Usage Calculator if you would like to see how much your metered bills would be estimated to be.

Registering for MyAccount our online account management system, is a great way to view your usage and bills in one place.
