Can I have a payment receipt?
The easiest way to check if we've received a payment is in MyAccount, where you can view all the payments you've made. If you need something different, please give us a call on 03457 919 155, so we can make sure you get it.
You can make a payment through MyAccount and have email confirmation sent to you.
If you make a payment by calling 03457 919 155 and pay over the automated line it will provide a payment reference number. Alternatively if you speak to one of our team we can have a text message sent you after payment is made.
