When is my bill due?
Rateable value customers only receive one bill around February time for charges from 1st April - 31st March the following year based on a fixed rate.
Metered customers, depending on your area and how payments are made can affect how often you are billed. You're guaranteed a periodic bill once a year as a metered customer where we will read your meter. You may receive other bills in between using estimate readings.
You can see when your next bill is due in MyAccount, you can also view previous bills, set up a payment plan and track your usage. Providing us with a meter reading using this site means you can also produce more frequent bills should you wish.
