Measured bill query

Measured bills are sent quarterly or six monthly and are due immediately as they are for services you've already used. If you pay by instalments, such as by Direct Debit, we will send you one statement a year. We will not send you a monthly bill, but you can set up a monthly payment plan.

In MyAccount you can see when your next bill is due, you can also produce an up to date bill with a meter reading and set up and manage payment plans.
