My bill has more than one set of readings

If your bill has more than one set of readings, it's probably because you bill covers a period that overlaps with a change in our charges. The charges will change on 1st April so if your bill covers this period you'll see different charges.

Some properties also have more than one meter for each of the supplies serving the property.
