How often am I billed on a fixed rate/rateable value?

Rateable Value customer's are billed once a year. This bill is usually produced in February when we complete our annual billing.

The bill runs from 1st April to the 31st March of the following year and is a fixed rate charge based on the value of the property.

Customer's billed this way mostly pay monthly, and will pay their annual bill over 10 monthly payments, similar to council tax. However there is the opttion to pay fortnightly or weekly if prefered.

If your payment date is 1st, you will pay May to February. If your payment date is 8th, 15th or 22nd, you will pay April to January.

More information on our charges can be found on our Charges explained page.
