If you can see water being lost on or around your meter we may be able to come out and fix it for you. You will need to report this to our Operations team. Their telephone number is 03457 145 145. Your can report this online using Report An Issue.

Don't worry, you may be able to claim and allowance for any additional water recorded on your meter during a leak once it has been repaired.
