Can I switch retailers?

If you are a domestic customer you cannot switch retailers.

Only non-household customers such as businesses, charities and public sector organisations with business premises can choose their water retailer.

The market opened for competition on 1 April 2017. From that date, any business operating in England has the option to switch their retailer if you are an eligible customer.
