Why do I get two bills from different companies

If you're receiving two services at your property from different water companies, you may receive two bills.

One bill will be for your water supply and the other will be for sewerage services.

We are bordered by several different companies providing a similar service, that can sometimes overlap in the services provided in your area where we may each bill for a separate element. These companies include; Severn Trent, Thames Water, Affinity Water and Essex and Suffolk Water.
