I would like to discuss/amend/change my payment arrangement
The easiest way to change your payment plan is in MyAccount, once you're logged in select manage plan and you can change your payment date, bank details and in some cases change the amount you pay.
If you think we should have taken a payment but we haven't, please get in touch with us so we can investigate this for you.
