I need to change my address

If you're a domestic customer you can manage a wide range of elements relating to your Anglian Water account using MyAccount. Or visit your App store and download our App to manage your account on the go.

You'll need your account number to register which can be found on your bills.  

Once registered you'll be able to add extra properties, update your phone numbers, email address, mailing address, bank details and set your preferences for paperless billing. As well as setting up payment alerts.

If you need to change the billing name on your Anglian Water account you'll need to contact us to arrange this.
