I have received a Default notice

If you have received a Default notice, this means you have a balance that is at least 60 days old.

The Default notice informs you that we intend to register your Default for non-payment with the Credit Reference Agencies we share data with. You can read more about this on our Data Sharing page.

To prevent this action, you have 28 days to bring the account up to date or agree an arrangement with us.
