I have a credit on my bill

If you pay your bill monthly on a budget plan, you should be building up a credit with your payments to clear the balance of the bill when it's produced. If you're in credit when your bill is produced, we will adjust your payments so that you don't overpay the following year.

You can check your balance in MyAccount and see when your next bill is due.
