I'm a landlord or letting agent and have a new tenant

If you're renting out a property we ask that you tell us about any tenant changes. To give us details of tenants moving in and out of your properties (providing the change of tenancy is no more than 5 weeks away) you can use the new national web portal, LandlordTAP. 

If you're renting and liable for the water charges you'll need to let us know, please complete the online form.
