My meter is wrongly recording
If you feel the meter is under recording or has stopped please contact us and we can arrange for a new meter to be fitted.
If you feel your metered charges are too high or have increased recently, please have a look at our pages on high consumption or checking for leaks as this may provide you with an explanation for the higher than normal bill.
