Can I underpay my bill?

Underpaying your bill could cause you to get behind and have a balance on your account. We want to help our customers  prevent getting into debt. 

Payment of your bill is due 15 days after we send it out to you, or by the date of your payment arrangement. If you've received a reminder but have paid within the last five days you can disregard it.

Reminders can also be sent if you pay by instalments under a temporary payment plan and you've fallen behind.
