I have a query about my bill

If you're a domestic Anglian Water customer, you can view your bills and setup or manage your payment arrangement via MyAccount. Bills are loaded overnight so you will be able to check your balance online the following day.

You can also view your usage and submit meter reads if a metered customer.

If you need to change the billing name on your Anglian Water account you'll need to Contact us to arrange this.
