What can be done about estimated bills?
We aim to read your meter at least once a year where we'll issue your periodic bill. We may estimate your bills at other points during the year, but the readings we use are based on previous consumption so you don't need to worry.
If you've been able to take a reading yourself which is different to our estimate, you can update your bill in MyAccount by submitting the meter read online.
