My new address details haven't been updated
If you completed your move details using the online form, it can take up to 5 working days to confirm we've updated everything. We also usually acknowledge any changes, so look out for reply emails that may have gone into junk email folders.
You can update your details in MyAccount if you are registered for our online service. It's easy to register if not and is a great way to manage your account.
