Does the meter synchronise with the website automatically or do I need to take my own readings?

If you have one of our Smart Meters your meter readings will be updated on to your online account automatically every 24 hours at the end of the day, so there is no need for you to read your meter.

If you have just moved in, we will be able to obtain a meter reading on the date you occupied the property, therefore you do do not need to take a reading.
