I've had a leak repaired, what happens now?

We're sorry to hear you've had a leak, but the good news is that we will be able to grant you an allowance to cover the excess water.

Please obtain a meter reading for us to bill you to date and grant the allowance. Call us on 03457 919 155 where one of or contact centre team will assist you. If you are unable to get a reading yourself call us and we can arrange to get a reading for you.
