Why has my Direct Debit Stopped

If your Direct Debit has been cancelled and you're not sure why, please get in touch with us and we'll look into this for you.


Otherwise your bank will be able to provide information on why this was cancelled. 


If there's a balance outstanding, we'll send you a bill asking for the balance to be paid in full, but if this is not affordable, you can reset your direct debit by completing our set up direct debit form
