How do I access my meter chamber?

Meters located in the ground have a lid the size of a side plate. You can pry these open using a blunt instrument (like opening a tin of paint).

If the lid has two slots in the top you can unscrew to open it. Lids with two deep grooves in the centre require a key to open. You can call us on 03457 919 155 to obtain an 'F key' to open these lids.
