I am not on a meter and need to query my bill?

The rateable value water bill is a fixed bill for the financial year based on your property's rateable value. The bill covers the financial year 1st April to the 31st March. You can pay the bill in full in advance or you can spread the cost by opting onto one of our payment arrangements.

You may find that having a water meter fitted may be more beneficial for you so you pay for the water you use. It is free of charge to fit a water meter and we offer a 2 year Lowest Bill Guarantee. You can find out more by visiting our Water Meters page.
