I need to turn my water back on

This can usually be done at the meter or internal stop tap.

If you have turned the water on at the meter and internal stop tap and you still have no water you can speak to someone in our Operations Team on 03457 145 145. This line is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Alternatively, there could be an issue in your area which has resulted in you having no water. You can find out by visiting our Report an Issue page and entering your postcode to see details of all current work.
