If you are moving house you can let us know using our changing your address form.

If you require some assistance with managing your account, you can complete an Extra Care Assessment form for us to review and see whether you may be eligible for further support or one of the tariffs we offer.

There is also the option to Report an Issue in our region, if you come across anything we need to be aware of.
