How do I know if my meter is smart and how I can access my data?
A tell tale sign is your meter serial number starting with a G.
However when your meter has been fully upgraded, we will let you know by your preferred choice of contact.
If you have already registered with MyAccount, you will be able to view your water usage and have access to new features. If you do not have access to MyAccount you can register using your Anglian Water account details found on your bill, or by visiting our MyAccount page to register.
