My consumption is quite high, how do I know if I have a leak or not?

If you have a smart meter we detect if there is a continuous flow of water between the hours of 3 - 4am. We will then analyse the data further and contact you if we think you may have a leak. Also, if you are not home for a certain amount of time and there is usage displayed on the graph, this would indicate a leak either within your property or on your supply pipe if you have an external meter.
