Will the Smart Meter readings show what time and which days I used water?

Before you can view your hourly usage you must provide consent.

Permission can be given to view hourly reads online via MyAccount.

It takes up to 72 hours from the date permission is given for the hourly to be processed and start to show. This means hourly usage will only start from the day consent was given, you won’t see any hourly usage before the day of consent. 

You will be able to select between the last three day's hourly usage, last four weeks as daily usage, the last six months as weekly usage and the last two years as monthly usage. You can also select a custom date range with a start date selected by you. You'll be able to switch values between cubic metres and litres.
