Will my usage affect my payments?

Your billing period will remain the same, but when we read your meter, dependant on how much water you have used may mean you have paid too much or possibly not enough.

We will then amend your payment arrangement inline with your new account balance.

If you are in credit you can request this money back and your payments will be increased inline with your usage. 

If you have a balance left on your bill, we will increase payments to cover this and pay future charges.
