Why are you replacing my old meter?

You may be one of the many customers whose existing mechanical meter is due for replacement as it is getting old, but for most the current meter still measures correctly.

The reason for moving to the new meters is so that our customers can be in control of their usage by having access to accurate data which will be available online. Also, we can spot leaks and manage our network more efficiently to meet customer demands.
