I've received a text or email about a refund

We do notify customer's via text message if they are due a refund following a recent bill issued. This will either say Anglian Water as the Sender ID or will be from the mobile number 07860092198.

We do also proactively send emails to customers concerning credits on their account, offering the opportunity of a refund. You're welcome to reply by return email.
