I'm on the Priority Services Register and I have no water

When the supply is interrupted in an area, one of the first things we do is to check the Priority Services Register for any customers who may require some support.

We will then make contact with you to discuss your needs and will update you on the progress of the incident.

If you have not received a call, please speak to our Operations Team on 03457 145 145 who will be happy to assist and provide some more information on the issue and support we can offer.
