I need to book my Smart Meter appointment

If you have received communication from us that you are due for a Smart Meter to be fitted, we will need an appointment with you to get access. Please book an appointment with us. 

If we have not yet contacted you about your smart Meter upgrade, then you can use our Postcode Checker to find out when we will be upgrading the meters in your area. Sadly appointments can't be booked until we have been in contact via letter regarding the roll out.
